My Services
Coaching is primarily focused on helping clients learn, grow, and develop through the use of strategic questions. The foundation of coaching assumes the client is the expert, is naturally resourceful, and is creative. By taking an objective, and non-judgmental view of your situation, I can bring tools & techniques to the conversation to unlock solutions to your unique opportunities.

Along the way, I get asked for advice, guidance, training, or mentoring, and I'm happy to provide that. I'm not a stickler about "pure" coaching, and my goal is to help you achieve your goals however that needs to happen. I do recognize, though, that coaching has proven to scale higher and be more successful over time when holistically focused rather than simply providing answers to immediate problems.

Kick-Off Session
I'll ask you to complete an onboarding questionnaire before our first call, and we'll spend extra time in that first call to build a strong contextual foundation for our engagement. We can then make the most of our on-going calls focused on the topics you want to address, in an efficient and impactful manner.
Offline Email Communications
I am available for asynchronous email communication at anytime during our engagement. It's up to you how you want to use this between our calls.

Weekly Sessions
We'll meet weekly at an agreed upon day & time to work through your topics, monitor progress, and respond to new details. All of our calls are virtual (video preferred), making it easy for you to fit into your busy schedule. I also budget time for targeted follow-up work between calls to support you.
Frameworks & Templates
I will share relevant frameworks, templates, and materials whenever possible to address a topic or challenge we are working on together.
Three-Month Commitment
Coaching is not a magic bullet nor a shortcut to immediate results. While most coaching engagements last much longer, we will need at least 3 months to develop the trust, openness, and authenticity required for meaningful growth & results.
